Concept

The triangular land plot provided for an alternative solution to a standard block, with groupings of three or more housing units per group, so as to provide an impeccably orientated, open and garden plan.

We have insisted in the use of right angles and the triangle which is represented by the proposal in order to optimise the spaciousness of the homes and to provide for out-door flow in opposite directions.
